About being a co-creator of your reality instead of just reacting to reality
Many of us have realised that simple positive thinking and stubbornly repeating affirmations doesn’t do the trick.
There are a few details and rules common esoteric and spiritual teachings tend to leave out.
This interactive talk invites you to ask questions, bring in your experiences, and supports your understanding of what you specifically can do to become a creator of your own life experience.
Based on the framework of BASHAR, Drunvalo Melchizedek, Dolores Cannon and Gregg Braden.
Payment via PayPal or in cash at the in person event.
Contact me to participate and feel free to ask further questions.
NVC Work Group
Understanding NonViolentCommunicaton is not the challenging part. Overcoming a pattern of how you perceive other people’s behaviour and choice of words is.
After a brief introduction or recap of the
Four Steps,
we’ll dive straight into putting them into practice.
Different exercises will allow you to get used to this new way of thinking and speaking.
This work group invites you to take a closer look at a situation or conversation you had and wished you would have reacted in a different way. Preparing you for being able to handle equivalent situations in a more preferred way.

Introducing NVC
NonViolent Communication
by Marshall B. Rosenberg
⚜️
What does NVC help you with:
Being able to express yourself through words in a way that support a more compassionate experience of talking to each other, addressing conflicts and to express appreciation with more depth.
⚜️
Expressing anger fully, while refraining from insults, accusations and violence seems to be one of the bigger challenges of our times.
NVC shows a way.
⚜️
Develop greater awareness your thoughts, assumptions, and language that shape your choice of words.
⚜️
In this interactive introductory workshop we will discuss what NVC is, what method it offers to enhance your communication skills, how to (re-)connect empathically with yourself and others, while it also invites you to ask me a few specific questions where you want to apply it.
⚜️
Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions and especially if you want to attend.
Payment via PayPal. You’ll receive the linked email address with confirmation of your attendance. Use “friends and family” transfer. Purpose of transfer:
